1/2 naked

Can you tell she's 1/2 naked? We're having diaper issues around the house with terrible terrible diaper rash. No fun for Maya. Trying to let her air out. No luck so far.

She loves the frosting the best

Of course, who doesn't. Very delicate at first. At one point she was slurping her thumb trying to get the frosting off it.

Maya's First Birthday - Her Party

Here is the first of many. Look at what a big girl she is. Not a baby any more!! This is from her birthday party yesterday, January 10.

She's walking

I haven't been able to capture it any other way. She pushes this toy around the kitchen like crazy and just in the last few days she's been walking all by herself. It's wonderful to see.

Maya's First Christmas

Maya didn't really know what to make of Christmas. She really just wanted to rip and chew on the paper.

How much should a one year old eat

This little girl eats and eats. How much is too much? Tonight for example she ate green beans, mandarin oranges, 1/2 a stuck of string cheese, a baby yogurt and a couple of Nilla wafers. Wow. How can a little girl eat? Apparently a whole bunch. I think as long as there was food in front of her she would eat.
